| Chiesa della Resurrezione Rimini - Italia Nel 2009, in occasione dell'ottantaquattresimo anniversario della della nascita di don Oreste Benzi, Antonietta Corsini ha realizzato un dipinto per l'altare della Chiesa della Resurrezione a Rimini, da lui fondata nel 1968 con don Elio Piccari e don Silvio Ceccarini. L'opera, consistente in un dipinto su tela trasferito con tecniche d'avanguardia alle spalle dell'altare maggiore su un superficie di mt. 4 x 5, rientra nel più generale restyling artistico del complesso ecclesiale rinnovato per l'occasione su indicazioni del progettista della stessa chiesa, l'ingegnere riminese Giuseppe Ferri. La pittrice si è ispirata a due capolavori classici: la Deposizione di Caravaggio e la Resurrezione di Van Dyck, interpretandone alcune forme e colori. Una grande Ala luminosa argentata, simbolo di Dio presente, fa da trait-d'union tra le due scene. |
Resurrection Church Rimini - Italy In 2009, on the occasion of the 84th anniversary Father Oreste Benzi's birth, Antonietta Corsini painted the wall behind the the altar of the Ressurrection's Church in Rimini, Italy, founded by him in 1968, together with Fr. Elio Piccari and Fr. Silvio Ceccarini. The artwork is a painting on canvas transferred by modern techniques onto the 4 x 5 mt wall behind the altar, which is part of a general ecclesiastical restyling, renovated by the project engineer Giuseppe Ferri of Rimini. The artist was inspired by the "Deposizione" by Caravaggio and the "Resurrection" by Van Dyck, interpreting their shapes and colours. A bright big Wing in the middle is God's simbol joining the two parts. |
